SHIPPING POLICY
All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after payments have been accepted and processed. Tracking details will be emailed to the email address on file after orders have shipped. If you have an account, you will also receive tracking information via text messages (data rates may apply.)
If you need to return your hair/products back to the warehouse for any reason, the customer will be fully responsible for all shipping costs. Glamorous Expo will not be held responsible for any orders that were lost or damaged during route back to the warehouse.

Please note we only offer store credit for orders that have been processed and shipped. To receive store credit for your exchange, the hair/products must be in the same condition as when you received it. For more information, please feel free to email us at glamorousexpo@gmail.com.
